You may need to change the violating print file, remove the product, or cancel the order.
If you have a question about the hold or want to let us know you made changes, you'll need to reply to the hold email. Please note that our customer support team will not remove a hold for acceptable content, so it's best to reply to the hold email.
While we do our best to review acceptable content holds quickly, a hold can delay an order. Remember to review our Acceptable Content Guidelines before creating your designs and selling them in your store!
