It appears that you are using the solution for the page safety (or your hosting provider), which blocks our requests due to security concerns.

Solution: In this instance you would need to configure it to white list Printful IPs (email us at for the current ones) or disable the protection for everything under /wc-api. You can also ask your hosting provider to do this.
