Overnight, express, and standard shipping methods will always have tracking.
Tracking may not be available for:
- international shipments going out from our US locations with no rush or flat rate shipping methods
- international shipments going out from our Europe location with no rush, economy, or flat rate shipping methods
You can also make sure that your orders always ship out with tracking.
Head over to your store’s shipping settings. There you’ll see a checkbox “Use only services with tracking”. If you mark this checkbox, we’ll use only shipping services with tracking for your store’s orders. This applies to all of the shipping methods, except flat rate. But note that this may result in higher shipping prices offered at the checkout.
