Why can’t I select Express shipping at order checkout?

You won't be able to select the Express shipping option for shipments to Europe if you haven't added a contact phone number during checkout. It's a requirement to add your customer's number so the carrier can get in touch with them to arrange the delivery.

There are integrations that support the phone number field at checkout. This means that the phone number information will be automatically imported to Printful from the order form.

If you use an integration that doesn't support the phone number field, then you can reach out to your customers and ask for their phone numbers.
