How do I inform Printful about intellectual property infringement?

If you believe someone's using your content in a way that constitutes an infringement of your rights (see Printful Terms of Service, Section 3: Content), send a Takedown Report to content@printful.com. It must include:

  1. A description of the rights that are being infringed supported by registration and other documentation (if possible), and links to the original content;

  2. A description of the infringing content supported by links or other details about where the content is available;

  3. Your name, surname, address, and email indicating that you are the owner of the content or you are authorised to act on behalf of the right holder;

  4. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that:
    1. the information is accurate; and
    2. you are authorised to act on behalf of the right holder who hasn't authorized such disputed use of the content.

  5. An electronic or physical signature.

If your work has been reported in a Takedown Report by another user but you believe it was a mistake (for example, you can prove that you have authorization to use the content), you can send a counter-report to content@printful.com with:

  1. A description of the content that was removed supported by registration and other documentation (if possible);

  2. Your name, surname, address, and email indicating that you are the owner of the content or you are authorised to act on behalf of the right holder;

  3. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake;

  4. An electronic or physical signature.
