Sep 22, 2021
Charlotte, North Carolina—To better serve Dutch-speaking customers in Europe, print-on-demand and fulfillment company Printful now offers its website and mobile app in Dutch.
Over the course of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Dutch have increased their online spending by 4%, with the number of goods ordered online rising by an impressive 22%. Since fashion was among the fastest-growing categories at 18%, Printful believes that offering its website and mobile app in Dutch will help improve accessibility for customers and help online business owners take advantage of the ecommerce growth in the Dutch-speaking market.
The Dutch language is the 60th most spoken in the world and is among the top 10 most spoken languages in Europe, with about 23 million people speaking Dutch as their first language. A localized Printful website and mobile app will make it easier for Dutch-speaking customers to create print-on-demand products and launch businesses with their unique designs.
In addition to offering the Dutch language, Printful also offers 4-5 day delivery to the Netherlands, the use of the euro currency on its website, and recently added the most popular payment method in the Netherlands—iDeal, which is available for customers in this region for deposit to wallet transactions only.
Printful is an on-demand printing and fulfillment company that helps people turn their ideas into brands and products.
