In keeping with the rising ecommerce trend of customization, Printful has introduced its first built-in product personalization tool. It allows Printful customers to benefit from the trend, and create designs that their shoppers can personalize and purchase directly on their storefront.
The new tool is currently available for Printful customers who use Shopify. The Printful team is already making plans for developing the feature for other platform integrations.
With the tool, Printful customers can make designs that shoppers can then personalize with texts and/or images and order on their Shopify store. The designs for personalization are made directly on the Printful mockup generator and pushed to a Shopify store.
The Printful product personalization tool is live since October 15, 2018. In less than a week, Printful customers have already created more than 1,600 designs for personalization.
To date, Printful has welcomed more than 800,000 ecommerce sellers who have made an estimated $180 million worth of sales.
