Which products work the best for DTG prints?

Why some products don’t have an option for DTG printing?

DTG prints work only on materials that consist of at least 50% cotton and absorb water. DTG-printed designs on fabric blends with spandex, nylon, and other synthetic materials will be less durable and look faded as these materials tend to repel water. Soft, fluffy materials, such as sherpa, brushed fleece, terry cloth can’t be used for DTG prints because the fabric is too thick and the surface is uneven. This can make the result look imprecise, blotchy, and faded.

Can I add DTG prints on all-over-print products?

No, DTG-printed designs can’t be added to all-over-print clothing as it’s colored using the sublimation technique that embeds the color into the fabric. Adding another ink on top of sublimated fabrics will make it bleed and mix with the garment’s base colors.
