How should I clean my hats?

The best way to clean your hat is to hand-wash it instead of machine-washing. This will help keep its shape and won't diminish the quality of the embroidery.

Can I digitize my embroidery file myself and upload it to Printful?

No, you can't. We handle the digitization because we have to convert the files to a format recognized by our embroidery machines. All new, unique print files will be digitized to an embroidery file type for a fee depending on the placement of the design.
