Delivery time includes fulfilment (2-5 business days) plus shipping (2 days within the UK). Because orders ship from our UK facility, there are no customs delays or extra fees – your Etsy customers get their products quickly and reliably.
VAT depends on where the order is fulfilled and its value. Orders shipped from Printful’s UK facility always include 20% VAT. VAT is applied to orders shipped from outside the UK if the item value is under £135. If it’s over £135, VAT and customs are charged to the customer on delivery.
If you have a UK VAT ID, you can add it in your Printful Dashboard – this changes how VAT is applied on cross-border orders. For full details, see our Printful VAT & UK guide.
Sync issues are uncommon, but when they happen, they’re usually linked to:
- Mismatched product variants (e.g., sizes or colours not matching your Etsy listing)
- Incorrect Etsy shipping profile settings
