Before the embroidery process can begin, our graphic design team needs to convert your file into a format that our embroidery machine can read. This conversion is called embroidery digitization. The embroidery machines need digitized designs to recognize things like stitch type, stitch density, and thread color.
A one-time fee is charged for digitizing each new embroidery design, and the cost depends on the design type and placement. Once your design is digitized, you can reuse it on any product unlimited times for free.
