You can order any number of hats you need, but bulk pricing starts at 25 units, with the per-unit price dropping the more you order after that. For custom embroidery, every design in the bulk order is digitized for free.
Yes. With MerchShare, you design the hat once, then share a single link so each person can pick their own color and size, and enter their own delivery address. You can also choose to cover the payment yourself or let each recipient pay.
Shipping time depends on the order size, decoration method, and destination. Printful shows an estimated delivery window at checkout, so you’ll see a date range before you pay.
Printful’s hat prices already include printing, so there’s no extra charge for a printed design. For custom embroidery, digitization costs up to $6.50 per design, but it’s free once your bulk order reaches at least 25 embroidered hats.
Note that unlimited color embroidery adds $3.95 per hat at any quantity, while standard embroidery has no extra surcharge.
Most styles of hats come in one size, but some like the Closed-Back Structured Cap and Fashion Bucket Hat come in S/M and L/XL.
