It’s hard not to feel impressed
Fantastic embroidery quality, the product seriously has a premium look and feel to it, which I haven’t experienced before when using other print suppliers. No – we don’t accept self-digitised embroidery files. Instead, we’ll do it for you, that way ensuring our quality guarantee. Simply upload your standard image file (like a PNG or JPEG) to our Design Maker, and we’ll do the rest.
Afterwards, you can reuse the digitised file for other embroidered garments as often as you like, free of charge.
No. With Printful’s embroidery on demand, UK customers can order one item or several – whatever they need. The same goes for selling – grow your business at your own pace without holding stock.
Printful is VAT-registered in the UK. Orders fulfilled and shipped within the UK are charged 20% VAT.
For imports into the UK, VAT depends on the order value:
- Up to £135: Printful charges 20% VAT at checkout
- Over £135: Printful doesn’t charge VAT at checkout – the recipient pays VAT and customs on delivery
If you have a valid UK VAT ID, Printful won’t charge VAT on imports – you’ll account for VAT yourself through HMRC.
Delivery is typically completed within a week. Most personalised embroidery orders are fulfilled in 2-5 business days at our UK facility, then delivered in 2 days via Royal Mail or other local carriers.
