Do I have to pay for embroidery file digitisation?

Yes, there’s an additional one-time digitisation fee for every design file you want to use. The fee amount depends on the placement and the type of your embroidery. However, if you order any 25+ embroidery products in a single order, we’ll digitise all your embroidery designs for free. Also, you can later reuse the digitised files for the same type of embroidery orders.

Can I digitise my own design file?

No, we don’t accept embroidery files that have been digitised elsewhere because these files still need to be adjusted to work with our embroidery machines.

How should I take care of my embroidery apparel?

Machine-wash your embroidered items inside out in a cold, gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Read our care instructions before washing your items.

How long does it take to ship my embroidered clothing to the UK?

Shipping to the UK can take up to 10 business days but usually it’s less. Note that shipping doesn’t include the 2–7 business days to create your product and fulfil the order.
