Get your embroidery file digitised
To embroider your design, we must first digitise it so our embroidery machines can recognize and process it. There’s a one-time digitisation fee, after which you can use the embroidery design repeatedly.
Digitisation costs:
- £4.95 per file for most designs
- £3 per file for text-based designs created in our Design Maker

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, there’s an additional one-time digitisation fee for every design file you want to use. The fee amount depends on the placement and the type of your embroidery.
However, if you order any 25+ embroidery products in a single order, we’ll digitise all your embroidery designs for free. Also, you can later reuse the digitised files for the same type of embroidery orders.
No, we don’t accept embroidery files that have been digitised elsewhere because these files still need to be adjusted to work with our embroidery machines.
Machine-wash your embroidered items inside out in a cold, gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Read our care instructions before washing your items.
Shipping to the UK can take up to 10 business days but usually it’s less. Note that shipping doesn’t include the 2–7 business days to create your product and fulfil the order.
