We use two printing methods for our drinkware products. All of our mugs are sublimated—with sublimation, the design is first printed on paper with dye ink and then transferred onto the product with heat. For our glasses, tumblers, and water bottles, we use ultraviolet (UV) lights that dry or cure the ink as it’s printed directly on the product. Both of these methods ensure vibrant, colorful, and durable prints that will last a long time if you follow the provided care instructions.

No, the print-on-demand model means that each item is produced only when you place an order, and there are no minimums. This way, creating a custom gift or selling personalized cups becomes effortless for anyone. Come up with your design, order as many or as few products as you wish, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you need to buy larger amounts of products as you prep for a special event (let’s say, a conference where you want to promote your logo), remember that we also offer bulk discounts.

The care instructions differ from one product to another. While our white ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave-safe, our stainless steel and glass items are not. Make sure to check the product descriptions for more details. If you sell products on your store, provide clear care instructions to your buyers too.
