Printful Jackpot Contest Rules
No purchase necessary to enter this Contest. The Contest is focused on registered Printful users, giving them a chance to win the Prize in exchange for completing Challenges (hereafter - Contest).

1. Eligibility. Only registered Printful users can enter the Contest (except users who are legal residents of the State of Rhode Island, Australia and Quebec (Canada)). Multiple entries per Printful user are not possible. Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any entry that does not comply with the requirements as per these Rules. If the entrant is under 18, he/she is eligible to participate in the Contest only if he/she has obtained his/her parents’ or legal guardians’ express permission to participate. Proof of express permission may be requested.

2. Organizer. The Organizer of the Contest is Printful, Inc. and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries (such as AS Printful Latvia). Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, Wordpress and other services are not affiliated with the Contest in any way and are not responsible for the administration of the Contest or the awarding of the Prize.

3. Deadline. The Contest starts on November 7, 2022, 12:01 a.m. (PT), and closes on December 5, 2022, 11:59 p.m. (PT) (hereafter—Contest period). Entries after this time will not be counted.

4. Prize.  There are two types of Prizes: the main prize and the bonus prize. 
Three entrants are eligible for receiving one the following main prizes after they have met all of the requirements set out in Section 5 of the Rules: 
4.1. The first place receives $3,000 transferred to their Printful wallet;
4.2. The second place receives $1,000 transferred to their Printful wallet;
4.3. The third place receives $500 transferred to their Printful wallet (hereafter - Main prize).
One entrant is eligible for receiving the bonus prize of $500 transferred to their Printful wallet (hereafter—Bonus prize) after the entrant has met all of the requirements set out in Section 6 of the Rules.
None of the Prizes can be withdrawn from the winners’ Printful Wallet. If the winner uses a different currency (not the US dollar) on their Printful Wallet, the Prize will be converted using the ECB exchange rate on the date when the transfer is made.

5. Requirements to receive the Prize.

An entrant is eligible to receive the Main prize if the entrant is a registered Printful user, has had at least one sale before November 7, 2022, and completes the following 4 (four) Jackpot challenges:
Add 3 of these products to your store: White Glossy Mug; Unisex Premium Hoodie | Cotton Heritage M2580; Canvas. The entrant has to add, push, or sync these products to his/her integration's storefront.
Sell this product: Unisex Staple T-Shirt | Bella + Canvas 3001. The entrant needs to make a sale of Unisex Staple T-Shirt | Bella + Canvas 3001. Only orders received through an integration are counted.
Brand story video sumbission. The entrant has to submit a video describing how they started their ecommerce store and their brand through a Google Form. Video should be at least 60 seconds long. 
Submit a quote. The entrant has to submit BFCM tip for fellow store owners, or a quote about their Printful experience through a Google Form. The quote should be at least 150 characters long.

The growth percentage for the Main prize is calculated using the formula: “total order costs on December 5, 2022, 11:59 p.m. (PT)” – “total order costs on November 7, 2022, 12:01 a.m. (PT)” / “total order costs on November 7, 2022, 12:01 a.m. (PT)”.

Note: the total order costs refer to the costs indicated on the Printful website, including the product price, digitization, and other service fees, if applicable. For example, if an entrant pays $9.90 on the Printful website (including any service fees) and sells the item for $30.0, the order cost is $9.90.

If several entrants have achieved the same percentage of growth, the Main prize will be awarded to the entrant with the highest number of orders submitted to Printful during the Contest period. If two or more entrants have the same number of orders submitted to Printful during the Contest period, too, the entrant who has achieved this number first is determined as the winner.

If the entrant has not fulfilled the requirements set out in Section 5 of these Rules, the entrant will not qualify for the Contest.

6. Requirements to receive the Bonus prize.

An entrant is eligible to receive the Bonus prize if they:

6.1. Have had zero sales, fulfilled by the Organizer, before the beginning of the Contest period,

6.2. Have signed up for the Jackpot via a dedicated Contest page,

6.3. Have completed all 4 (four)  Jackpot challenges as defined in Section 5 of the Rules,

6.4. Have achieved the highest number of total order costs submitted to the Organizer during the Contest period. The highest number of orders will be based on the Organizer’s data about orders received during the Contest period.

Note: the total order costs refer to the costs indicated on the Printful website, including the product price, digitization, and other service fees, if applicable. For example, if an entrant pays $9.90 on the Printful website (including any service fees) and sells the item for $30.0, the order cost is $9.90.

If several entrants have had the same amount of order costs during the Contest period, the Bonus prize will be awarded to the entrant who has achieved that number first.

7. Prize announcement. The winners will be notified in an email by December 19, 2022. The full names of winners will be published on the Organizer’s social media accounts, such as but not limited to Instagram and Facebook. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 48 hours after the email has been sent to the winner, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner - the entrant with the next highest percentage of growth for Main Prize or the entrant with the next highest number of orders submitted to Printful for the Bonus Prize. If that entrant has already been awarded another Main Prize, he/she will be given the highest of the two Main Prizes, and the lowest of the two Main Prizes will be given to the entrant with the next highest percentage of growth.

8. Waiver. By participating in the Contest, the entrant agrees that the Organizer will have no liability whatsoever (jointly and severally) for, and will be held harmless by the entrant (jointly and severally) for any liability for any intellectual property related claims, bodily injury, loss, cost or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your creation, use, or intended use of your entry, participation in the Contest, and the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize.

9. Confirmation that the entrant has read, understands and agrees to Rules. By entering the Contest, including permitting his/her child to enter the Contest, the entrant hereby represents and warrants that he/she has read these Rules and are fully familiar with its contents and that the entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Rules and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

10. Modifications. The Organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify these Rules at any time. The entrant shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction. The Contest and these Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. As a condition of participating in this Contest, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in North Carolina having jurisdiction.

12. Privacy. By participating in this Contest, the entrant agrees that the Organizer as the data controller will process his/her personal data (full name, place of residence, email address) in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws. Purposes of data processing include organizing the Contest, completion of Challenges, communication with the entrant, selection of the winners, announcement of winners on the Organizer’s social media accounts and awarding the Prize. The entrant’s data will be processed based on:
a) his/her consent, which the entrant can withdraw at any time by contacting the Organizer. If the entrant is under 18, he/she must be able to present his/her parents' or legal guardians' express written consent to the processing of entrant’s personal data in accordance with these privacy rules;
b) the Organizer’s legitimate interests, such as the promotion of the Organizer’s brand and other marketing purposes, as well as detecting fraud, abuse, other malicious activities, and/or enforcing or defending the Organizer’s legal rights.

Provision of the entrant’s personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the above-mentioned personal data will automatically exclude the entrant from participation in the Contest. The entrant’s personal data will be retained for as long as necessary for the above-mentioned purposes and as long as there is a legal basis for data processing. For example, if the entrant withdraws his/her consent, his/her data will be deleted, if it is not required to enforce or defend the Organizer’s legal rights.
