Printful to offer localized services in the Brazilian market

May 5, 2021

Charlotte, North Carolina — To provide its services in Brazil, Printful is partnering with local manufacturers in two major Brazilian cities—Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. One of the partners will print apparel products, while the other will focus on interior, and home and living items. The company has had similar successful partnerships in Australia and Japan.

Print-on-demand services by Printful are becoming increasingly popular all over the world. In 2020, Printful saw their demand in Brazil increase as much as 84%, and considering that Brazil is responsible for more than 60% of the ecommerce market in South America the next consequential step was to bring Printful services to Brazil. Following numerous quality control tests, Printful is confident that the quality of the new partner facilities matches that of its own fulfillment centers.

“We’re excited to offer our current and future customers in Brazil a unique print-on-demand experience,” says Printful CEO Davis Siksnans. “Customers in Brazil will be able to start their own businesses by taking advantage of our services in their own language, as well as our integrations with top ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.”

The company's presence in the Brazilian market will significantly improve delivery speeds—shipments in Brazil will be delivered within 1–5 business days. This will also reduce delivery costs and customers won't have to worry about customs duties.

To further integrate into the market, Printful offers the use of the Brazilian real currency. A Brazillian Portuguese version of the Printful website will be available later this year.
