Printful announces management team change

Charlotte, North Carolina—Printful, the on-demand printing and fulfillment company, today announces the appointment of Chief Operating Officer and Board Director, Zane Levsa, as interim CEO as the company enters its next stage of growth. Davis Siksnans, Co-founder, will transition to a Senior Advisor role at Draugiem Group and step down from his role as CEO with immediate effect. The Board is commencing a thorough executive search to identify a permanent Chief Executive.

Davis joined Printful in 2013 and has served as CEO since 2015. Printful now has 1,700 employees and since its inception has helped to fulfill and ship more than 49 million items worldwide, including custom clothing, accessories, and home & living products.

As the company’s Chief Operating Officer and Board Director, Zane is uniquely qualified to serve as interim CEO. She will focus on delivering Printful’s growth strategy of launching additional products and services and the expansion into new channels and geographies. Printful will build on the significant growth in the enterprise-level customer segment, allocating further resources to serve this customer base and continue to build relationships with key ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
In addition to the day-to-day management of the company, Zane will also be involved in the search process for the new CEO and will help to onboard the successful candidate. The process will be run by the Board which also includes Chairman of the Board and Co-founder Lauris Liberts, Bregal Sagemount representative Adam Fuller, and Independent Directors, Nils Melngailis and Ernst Teunissen.
