Printful appoints former Cimpress CFO as an Independent Director of the Board

Charlotte, North Carolina—Printful continues to strengthen its Board of Directors with international expertise and has appointed Ernst Teunissen as an Independent Director of the Board.
Currently the CFO of Tripadvisor (NASDAQ: TRIP), Teunissen is also the former Executive Vice President and CFO of Cimpress (NASDAQ: CMPR), a parent company of Vistaprint online printing. During his time at Cimpress, he helped drive extensive company growth from a revenue of $500 million to $1.5 billion.

Ernst Teunissen will serve as a member of Printful's Audit Committee and advise the shareholders and management team in financial and strategic matters. His custom printing industry insights and extensive international experience as a public company CFO will help in developing strategic directions, implementing sound corporate governance practices, and preparing for potential capital markets transactions.

His prior experience also includes serving as the Executive Director of Telecommunications Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley and Director of Investment Banking in the Telecommunications and Media industry at Deutsche Bank. He has also received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands and earned an MBA from the University of Oregon.
Ernst Teunissen will be joining the Printful Board of Directors alongside CEO and Co-founder Davis Siksnans, COO Zane Levsa, Chairman of the Board and Co-founder Lauris Liberts, Bregal Sagemount representative Adam Fuller, and another Independent Director of the Board Nils Melngailis.
