Your design is inkjet-printed using dye-sublimation inks and transfer paper. The image on the paper is printed mirrored, and the paper is wrapped around the mug. The ink is mixed with the coating, so when heat and pressure are applied to transfer the image, it becomes part of the mug.
White Ceramic Mugs (both glossy and with color inside) and Black Glossy Mugs are dishwasher and microwave-safe, but the print and coating will last longer if you hand-wash them.
Enamel Mugs should only be hand-washed, and they can’t be put in the microwave. Also, don’t heat liquids or food directly in Enamel Mugs—it can damage their coating.
Black Glossy Mugs are microwave and dishwasher-safe, but, just like White Ceramic Mugs, the print and coating will last longer if you hand-wash them.
The personalized coffee mug price consists of the mug base price (starting from $7.50) and the shipping cost.

We updated our templates to ensure better mug printing quality. People like to hold mugs up close, so the more detailed the design, the higher the resolution should be. That’s why we recommend 300 DPI, although 150 is also OK.
