The print area on the mug is white, but when you upload a print file, you don’t have to fill in the black background yourself. Submit designs with transparent backgrounds, and we’ll add the black background during printing.

This is a phenomenal product. I was afraid it would be too thin but it’s perfect. The print on design is seamlessly integrated with the cup itself and I imagine likely won’t peel off for months and maybe even years to come. I’d hand wash though to preserve its beauty. The handle size was a little smaller than I usually like as I have bigger hands (you get used to it) but it truly is a wonderful product! I’d definitely add to my store.

Der Druck ist perfekt. Die Farbwelt entspricht der Vorlage, ich bin absolut happy. Der Druckbereich, der aufgrund der POD-Drucktechnik unvermeidbar ist, ist kaum zu sehen.

I took care to set up my image to fit within the provided template but on the finished product my artwork appears both shrunk in size and distorted! I am glad I ordered a sample before anybody bought it because it looks plain bad. Wish I had my money back TBH. The mug itself is of OK quality.

I took this mug off my store because I can see a very faint rectangle background, even though I created this with their template - using only text. It's poor quality and I don't feel confident in selling it. I will stick to the white mugs only.

I was surprised to receive my mugs with a film wrapped around it. So I would not recommend for my customers. Looks very cheap.
