Printing your designs
Every all-over print starts with your artwork. We use 2 different printing methods depending on the fabric:
- Sublimation (for synthetics): Transfers your design into the fabric using dye-based inks and heat. This creates vibrant colors, crisp details, and long-lasting results.
- Direct-to-fabric (for cotton): It applies water-based inks directly to the cotton fabric, giving our All-Over Cotton garments a soft feel and a natural matte finish.
Both methods cover the entire surface of the product – from seam to seam.
Cutting the fabric
After printing, we carefully trim each garment using precision tools to match your layout – whether the design spans sleeves, panels, or seams.

All-Over Cotton is a full-coverage printing method for cotton. Unlike traditional all-over printing, which uses sublimation on polyester, this method uses a direct-to-fabric (DTF) process to print on cotton. Afterward, we cut and sew the garment. The result is breathable, soft apparel with a natural matte finish and high-quality print coverage.
All-over print, as opposed to custom embroidery, covers the entire surface of t-shirts and other apparel using a special technique that applies your design edge-to-edge, including sleeves and seams.
You can print on a wide range of polyester-based products – from apparel like leggings, t-shirts, and hoodies to accessories like bags and pillows.
Care tip:
Machine wash cold and tumble dry low to keep the soft feel and color quality.
Placement printing applies designs to a specific area, like with DTG printing, while all-over print covers the entire fabric, including every seam and fold.
