Along with the safety of our employees, our priority is to continue supporting online merchants. We think that it's especially important during these times to support our customers to work from home however we can.

This is a difficult time for everyone and we're working hard to adapt to this new reality. We'll continue to share information on this page, so check back often.


Latest update

July 31, 2020

Our production teams in the US are catching up with the order volume and we're ready to take on more orders, so we're enabling all DTG and embroidery products in our Product Push Generator.

We still have a temporary limit for adding new all-over print (AOP) products for customers in the US and Canada. The limit is currently 2 AOP products per day, and it is reset 24 hours after the second product is added

Our Customer Support email reply time is about one day. We're starting to expand our chat availability to resume 24/7 live support in the near future.

As we continue to clear our backlog, we'll keep you updated on when we increase our daily limits and continue posting updates as they come.

To keep your store running as smoothly as possible, please make sure to regularly check in with the latest fulfillment estimates published below. Note that our average fulfillment times are relevant for orders that come in after the date the averages are calculated, and don’t apply to older orders.

Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.
