The quality is great! I had a small issue. With the embroidery but I sent some pictures of the issue and they fixed it right away by offering a new hat be sent out. I appreciate the customer service. Also, I love the message on the hat.

The back doesn't have a pocket hole for the slack of the strap so it dangles off the hat
