I have contacted customer support multiple times and sent photos of the products we received, but haven’t received any response. We placed an order of around $300 for hats and hoodies with custom embroidery, and the results are very disappointing. The embroidery on the hats is unreadable, and the logo on the hoodies appears in incorrect colors and inconsistent shades that don’t match our branding. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one has gotten back to us to resolve these issues.
