the hats are pretty good, though I've found the hats can show up a bit misshapen( crumpled at the top ) in a way that doesn't look great on your head. though once they are worn for a bit the shape tends to fill out. so in the end the hats are fine but first impressions are a big part of the buyers experience. i really wish they had a larger selection of organic/eco-friendly products to pick from.
