The back strap adjusts to your head size. You can put it through the wash just don't put it in the dryer.

I purchased two of these hats with my company logo on them. This is my second review because "Dzeina K." thinks I should remove my first review. Both of my hats came in messed up. Zero quality control. One logo just looked like trash and the other was crooked. Also, both hats were extraordinarily big. They wouldn't fit anyone's head correctly. Along with other items in my order they offered to refund me or reship new items. This isn't the first time printful has sent me low quality stuff so I opted for my money back, but they didn't refund me the full amount along with telling me they want me to change my review or take it down. These people are crooks. See attached.

I'd recommend this product in terms of quality, but this hat definitely fits people with bigger heads way better than those with small/medium head shapes.
