The person putting it together dropped a metal piece used to hold the picture in place onto the artwork before framing. They are not meant to bend backward, so I ended up losing a lot trying to get the metal out from under the glass.

The product itself is good, but fulfillment is consistently very late, especially during peak seasons. This is a recurring issue every year. Please increase staff and capacity, as sellers depend on this time of year for their main sales, and these delays put our businesses at risk.
