Printful appoints Parsla Basko as the new Chief People Officer

Charlotte, North Carolina—Printful, the leading print-on-demand and fulfillment company, has appointed Parsla Basko as the new Chief People Officer. She will bring significant experience in strategic talent management, effective employer branding, and company culture development to the Printful management team.

Parsla Basko’s previous experience includes serving as the HR & Management Development and Transformation Director at Rimi Baltic Group and HR & Admin Director for Baltic countries at Aldaris, a company owned by the Carlsberg Group. In addition to that, she has managed HR & Internal Communication for the Baltic region for Schneider Electric and, most recently, co-founded a recruitment agency Find Ada while also serving as the business partner and CEO of a strategic HR and employer branding consulting firm ERDA.
Basko’s addition to the team comes after Printful appointed Alex Saltonstall as the company’s new CEO in October 2022 and has since added Adam Malpocher, former CFO & Head of M&A at Dragonfly Commerce, as Printful’s Chief Financial Officer.
