I really wanted to give this product 5 stars. First , the print quality is excellent as over all product quality, but what I wasn’t expecting is fulfillment in China. I ordered the item on December 3 rd to ensure plenty of time with fulfillment and shipping. This was the first time my order was partially fulfilled overseas. promised date was December 11-18. I have contacted customer service support several times, but issue wasn’t resolved. I was promised reshipment, but somehow they decided to stop responding to my concerns. I finally received the idem December 29 way after Christmas. Clearly Printful doesn’t care about my customers and the reputation of my shop. I would recommend this item if you don’t care to wait a month to receive it. I’m disappointed with the lack of integrity of Printful as I really love the item .
