Received three damaged buttons, the printing was off center on all five buttons. Sent a message to customer service haven’t heard back. Thinking Printful is not the best way to sell my ideas

All the prints ended up too dark on a colored fill button, even with a large DPI.

These buttons are cute. The design process was fairly straightforward. Several of the buttons I ordered had plastic coming off, but customer service responded right away to send replacement buttons. Hoping the replacement are all in good condition.

The material used is so light that the pins arrived all damaged and dented. The pin itself wont close properly. I don't think its worth waiting 2 weeks for this item being very poorly manufactured in the US.
