Continually printed and shipped without the cover despite reaching out to customer service multiple times to fix the issue. I had to stop selling it in my shop because I could not get the error resolved.

This product is excellent, and the only reason I gave it four stars is that it came without the cover page, thus leaving a blank page at the back. However, I contacted customer service to report the problem and received a response within an hour, which resolved the issue and refunded my cost so I could reorder the item. It is slightly concerning to me as a seller, and it makes me wonder whether print anomalies like this happen often. If I add this to my website, will others receive incomplete calendars? But as I said, customer service resolved the issue nearly immediately.
