The hat is 5 out of 5 stars for sure. Great quality and color and feel and everything I like about a dad hat. The embroidery on the other hand, was some of the worst I’ve ever seen. The box to enter your design limits you so when I added my design it looked great on a mock-up. But when it arrived it was basically a blob no detail. You can’t tell what it is. I immediately took pictures and gave it away and took all hats off my store. A little disappointed but maybe a less detailed design will work better.

Fantastic embroidery quality, the product seriously has a premium look and feel to it; which I haven’t experienced before when using other print suppliers. Often times when shopping elsewhere for printed items I am left satisfied, but with this, you really get the feeling that you’re holding a quality product in your hands. It’s hard not to be impressed. The quality is definitely noticeable. Will definitely order again.
