Not sure if it was the hat or the embroidery but the embroidery doesn’t look sharp and clean as I had hoped for. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with this purchase. Thankfully it was a sample before I offered it to customers.

The quality of the hat itself was fair, but I was really disappointed with the embroidery. The stitching was uneven and poorly done, which took away from the custom design I was looking forward to. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order again based on this experience.
