I've sold these dresses for years, and they used to be amazing with a soft, poly/spandex blend .In 2026, Printful reduced fabrication costs by using a much coarser, poly/elastane blend. I've now received multiple complaints and negative reviews for 1) print quality, 2) pilling, 3) wash durability. PLEASE BRING BACK the old quality fabric.

Unfortunately, the sizing of this dress did not match the sizing chart and was too large. The sticking in the front of the dress looked awful and would not lay flat and also had an error. I would not trust this dress to be of the quality I want in my store. What’s worse is that I complained about these issues several times and requested a refund and have not gotten a response from printful. This dress is going in the trash and I’m considering charging POD providers because of the terrible/nonexistent customer support.

Druck gut aber Kleid schlecht verarbeitet. Stoff sehr dünn, Nähte stark prominent. Grösse sehr gross. Habe eine XS bestellt, trage S und es ist mir etwas zu gross.
