I purchase higher-quality clothing made with natural and organic fibers because I value longevity, sustainability, and products that hold up over time. That is why I chose this item.
Unfortunately, after only three months of very light use, the sweatshirt has developed a large, clearly visible yellow box around the logo on the front. I have washed it once, always on cold, never put it in the dryer, and only use natural, non-toxic detergents. It has been worn only a handful of times. I live in the Northeast, so prolonged sun exposure is not a factor.
I reached out to Printful multiple times about this issue and experienced weeks between responses. Their explanation suggested sunlight, harsh detergents, chemicals, or repeated washing — none of which apply here.
For a product marketed as quality apparel and priced accordingly, I do not expect visible discoloration after such minimal use. Clothing printed to last only a few months is unacceptable, especially when sustainability and durability are emphasized.
Overall, I am disappointed not only in the product quality but also in the customer service. I have used Printful extensively for my business and clients, and this experience makes me uncomfortable continuing to sell these products to others.
