The product was great until popped the lid off and the wood lid broke in half the straw and glass are of good quality, the lid not so much

The product was great and I love the print quality my only issue was not getting the straw. There were so many pros but it kinda worries me that my customer may not receive part of something they ordered and they do not send out straws if you are missing them. I mean get it, it's such a small thing to ship and they do have other solutions. The customer service I received was great. The missing item is the only thing that went wrong other than that I would recommend this product for so many other reasons.
