I don’t know what it is but I think oxidation from all types of metals rubs off and makes a rust color stain. I have metal elements in my headphones and they’re stained. As well as black coated nail from a cap hangar in my wall and the part where it made contact from the nail also stained. I’m not sure how I can get it off but I’ll have to research. There was a slight hiccup I guess for the back embroidery there’s a little gap in the graphic. Other than that it’s good.

The quality of the hat production and corduroy textile are great, it feels like elevated casual fashion.
The Embroidery could be improved. The quality of the embroidery feels lower end than the hat quality. The lettering doesn’t quite resemble the mock up, the letters weren’t quite as solid and size look slightly smaller.

I realized this mix-up is partly on me — I misunderstood the brand name “Big Accessories” and thought it meant the hat would fit bigger than the Beechwood hat you sell. Unfortunately, it’s actually much smaller.
Even fully adjusted, it barely fit my friend’s head, and I couldn’t get it on at all. The sizing is much tighter than expected. its a good hat just runs small
