The sweater itself is very nice, the quality is very good, as I had expected from hearing from other Printful customers. However, the colour of the actual sweater in no way resembles the colour shown in the mockup. Even the trim colour, shown as a kind of marled oatmeal colour in the mockup, is not accurate. For reference, the colours used are Pink and Bleach. I designed a range of sweaters I wanted to add to my store (was waiting to receive my sample before doing so). Unfortunately I can't do so now, as without ordering samples of every sweater I have no idea how far off they will be from the mockups, and don't want customers being unhappy. Note that I believe this is an issue with lighter colours, due to the grey marled base sweater that is used to generate the mockups. I was told Printful is aware of the issue and is planning to update the mockups.

Just received this sweater! Love it. So soft, warm, and yet lightweight. I sized down as it is unisex (usually wear S, bought XS), and it fits great. I wish the design feature could simply expand/decrease the size by a percentage for each size, but worth the effort. Making new designs immediately. Dog also likes it.
