The Frame is well made. I love the look of it. I am happy with the style. I do wish there was more frame options for wider landscape images in panoramic sizes. Or even printing without the frame, such as canvas or poster. Product was fulfilled fast. Customer support had been very responsive and understanding (telephone number was missing during checkout so the fulfillment was put on HOLD). The shipping is faster than I expected.

I wanted to use the service for selling my prints, and for me, it was important to test a whole cycle. That's my opinion:
1. It was easy to order
2. Delivery was faster than I expected
3. Packaging was secure
4. Printing quality is okay
5. Frame is low-quality
I'm disappointed with the frame quality, because I think about unpacking experience, and I don't want my customers face something poorely done. Yes, it won't be seen on the wall, but it will be known.

Produit de bonne qualité, néanmoins faites attention de bien vous assurez de la qualité de votre design. Le rendu de mon côté était parfait et la livraison très rapide (2j).

My client perchased 3 prints the same size with different images and every single frame had uneven hanging hardware. My client complained because none of them had the same measurements or placing- which meant she had to reinstall the hardware so it was even and they all hung straight. For the amount of money I am paying for these wholesale I would expect they were all uniform and perfect!!!
