No—we're completely white label. The order will have your branding on it, so it'll look like it came from you.

How long does fulfillment take?

Printful’s fulfillment time for all production techniques is 2–5 business days. Check our fulfillment updates for more detailed information.

We work with the best suppliers in the business—Bella+Canvas, Gildan, and more. Check out Printful's quality page to see more of our partners.

When do I pay for fulfillment?

When your customer buys an item fulfilled by Printful on your storefront, two transactions will take place. Your customer will pay you, and we'll charge you when the order comes through. You'll need to set up a billing method on your Printful account for that.

For North America, the default returns address is our Charlotte facility. For Europe, it's our Riga facility. If you'd like to handle returned items yourself, you can change it to any other address.

Print-on-demand (or POD) is an order fulfillment method where items are printed as soon as an order is made, often, and in Printful’s case—without order minimums. With POD, you can create customized designs for a variety of products and sell them under your brand.

Your print-on-demand drop shipping delivery time is based on fulfillment time + shipping time. Printful automatically sends your orders to the nearest fulfillment center where the items are produced in 2–5 business days.
