Bought a custom embroidered hat for hiking. Loved it, until I lost it. Bought another to replace it, and love it just as much!

Stitching is frayed and loose. It looks sloppy and the same design came out poorly on the first shirt it was featured on. I have had 2/3 arrive unacceptable and customer service still has not resolved my inquiry. This is the only hat that has shown up that didn't look great.

This Columbia hat is wonderful - my embroidered logo looks great, the hat is lightweight, it adjusts to fit my huge head with room left to expand, and blocks the sun as it should!
