The shirt is of decent quality and features a flattering, fitted cut, although it fits more snugly than expected. However, the embroidery quality is slightly lacking. The limited thread color options result in significant discrepancies between the mockup and the final product. Specifically, the purple and kelly green threads appeared much lighter than depicted in the preview, and the white thread on a grey shirt was soemwhat overpowered, failing to stand out. Additionally, the white thread on a dark background almost appeared grey instead of white. I designed these shirts for a client who was dissatisfied with the outcome. None of the shirts or hats with embroidery matched the mockups. Overall, the thread color selection and embroidery quality were disappointing. The images on Printful do not accurately depict the thread color and output. Additionally, the shirt has a snug fit, so it may be advisable to size up.

This shirt fits great, maybe a dash larger than expected, but I’m okay with that since I feel like women’s shirts run small. Very happy with the quality and look.

the product and quality is fantastic the embroidery is slightly off but not in a way I'd see a customer complaining but definitely with company scrutiny it's not 100% but still an amazing product.
