The first wear feels scratchy, which stinks because that is the first impression, but once it is broken in it is pretty comfy and really warm. The white color looks more cream colored in certain lighting. Embroidery turned out pretty well.

Only negative is that the size, height of the product, is more than I was expecting. It felt tall on top of my head. Quality and comfort and warmth all seem to meet standards.

The embroidery on the cuffed beanie was near perfection when it arrived and is holding up fantastically! the hat is warm and of good enough quality that it allows me to have a lower price point item on my shop for people to snag an accessory to support if they wish. I like this product a lot!
