While this is a fun product, they unfortunately are not leak-proof and will readily LEAK from around the lid. Customer support claims this is "normal" and not a product defect. I will be removing this product from my shop as it will only be a matter of time before I get angry customers because of a defective product that does not function in the way it should - which is to prevent spilling and leaking when drinking. It is not just a "drip" but a stream of liquid that comes through the sides of the lid and all around it. What is even the point of the "lid"
