You get to create listings, upload your product photos, set prices, and market your store however you like.
Payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe, with payouts going directly to the seller.
The free Gold plan allows up to 5 products. For more listings and other great features like multiple product images, integrations (like Print on Demand), and custom domains, upgrade to the Platinum plan (for $15/month) or Diamond plan ($30/month)
Yes! Using Print on Demand is a low-risk, high-reward way to sell custom products on Big Cartel.
Big Cartel integrates directly with Printful for seamless listing and order management. When a customer orders from your Big Cartel store, the info is automatically sent to Printful. Then, we’ll handle the rest – printing, packaging, and shipping the order.
You only cover the product and shipping costs once you make a sale, so there’s no need for upfront inventory or storage. You set our own prices and keep all of the profit leftover.
Here’s how to set it up:
- Create your free Printful account and head to your Dashboard.
- Go to Stores > Choose platform > Big Cartel.
- Authorize access.
- Start creating products in Printful.
- Publish them to your Big Cartel store.

Printful has a return policy covering damaged, defective, misprinted, and lost items. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at Printful’s expense.
For damaged, defective, and misprinted products, all claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
